If Talbot/CITIC & Butteremore want to take over MTN, they have to pay a significantly higher price.

I'm not selling my MTN shares until then.

Talbot has been dragging the price down so that he can accumulate on the cheap. Now that he's got almost 20%, he must annouce changes in his holdings. It's in the open now.

Hold and buy more on low...let the games begin.
