Does anyone smell inflation?

The IMF are just playing keep a lid on it - life goes on and the gold will find home in the east...seriously, what are the Chinese going to do with their excess change seeing they've slowed down their purchases of US treasuries?

Also, I expect some Yuan appreciation very soon - this will put the kibosh on the USDX rally (due to current debt issues in Euroland). Interestingly, this will also help kerb inflation in China, It's their ace in the hole!

Formula: China = overcapacity > appreciate Yuan > lower inflation > workers earn more > spend more internally > overcapacity shrinks > china = win.

I feel crazy and misguided - I quit!
