    Bottom drawer it is....I am not one for ramping or down playing a stock, but when i first bought into this stock at 4c the fundamentals looked like a no brainer. I truly believed that even with the GFC the company was well positioned to increase SH value through strategic and planned growth with its ATM roll out. What happened?
