    I agree.
    I've been watching them all year and there is definitely a buyer(s) picking up 200,000 to 300,000 lots prior to run ups.This has been going on since 4cents.
    Then comes the inevitable albeit minor retreat and it is repeated again.
    Applying this observation to current SP we won't see sub 8cents for long if at all.

    All bets off if the buyer was in fact you exberliner1.lol.
