    When reading the latest anouncement i noticed it has that they issued 500,000 options excercisable at 23 cents (2011) for nil consideration. Where these issued to management?

    Also the additional 12m shares issued to other shareholders on the same terms as the SPP, were they also issued to management? I would have loved to get my hands on more shares given the arbitrage opportunity that existed over the SPP period.
