    I would think it's a major conflict of interest for him to invest in PYC personally if he is heading a fund with that kind of money. His directorship will help in the future you would assume. It's about timing as well, same as Stephanie, brought in for a reason. Interested to see the new structure and the Genentech result. Tick tock
