Pisces, I wouldn't like to try and predict what will happen next week, profit taking galore for starters - and who can begrudge someone cashing in on a 90% gain, but as you say the intrinsic value of this resource means the current SP could still be bargain basement.

As DDzx points out, these drill results are right on the doorstep of one of Australias biggest, most profitable opencast mines - and seem to offer similar opportunity.

If I were BHP and the resource is even half as good as the results suggest, buying NRL lock, stock and barrel is a no brainer, having a second mega mine so close to their existing projects just seems too easy to me?

Would love to hear the contrarian view.
