    I think the fact that these areas are well serviced by infrastructure will also add to potential interest from buyers. In the last month I have been up to Blackwater and out to Dalby/ Roma with work. These areas are well serviced by rail and road, and also have export facilities in Brisabne and Gladston. It's not like there out in never never land.
