Agreed. And that's why the deposit does have value. Even without the Surat Basin Rail going in it would have some value (albeit very small IMO).
Add in the SBR and suddenly the deposit isn't stranded - just deep. That is a pretty big deal.
Perhaps the main point is that even if the deposit isn't worth much as far as these things go, it could still be worth a great deal relative to CXY's market cap.
