In conclusion .... well you may as well say that CVI, Fortitude and now Petro African Energy (PAE) is a single powerful force that is getting ready to sweep all before it. Kwanza Basin Funding approval on the 14th and a change of office and directors for PAE on the 15th.

If CVI and PAE are going to be running the Kwanza oil patch together it makes sense to do it from the same office- doesn't it. But you wouldn't change office and directors until you knew the funding was approved- would ya. It shows just how much actually hung on that approval. It also shows the speed at which the company is going at in the background.

But really what it means and I think you already know the answer is that CVI, PAE and Nexoil definitely have the Kwanza Basin oil permit(s).

And from Sonangol's perspective they only have to send out a single letter of approval.

So it appears now that all the pieces are in place.

Geez I'm glad I haven't sold my shares. Can't be too long now ... better get that jet back here and attach the rocket launchers!

    Cheers.
