Exactly - with the way this bus. has performed this is a one at ticket. I think the staff would be more motivated to see some serious investment and addressing of the core business issues and a solid cohesive go forward plan. With these things in place an options package then starts to make some sense.
KPI’s for a CEO with no KPI’s makes no sense and his job is to write the plan above d then execute it with measurable KPI’s. Anything less and all this is counter-productive and creates serious animosity internally.
