One point is though that people will chop and change governments as they have disaster after disaster

they’ll replace probably dud governments with the next mob of dud governments

all just in flaying around in the hope that things might get better

many are stupid enough to believe contenders promises

when a system or country or state or person is dying - they get desperate and begin to clutch at any wild hope

all the while they resisted the thing that was really required earlier - radical surgery

then, when it’s too late - it’s just plain too late and they grasp at straws
