    If they haven't paid, it is the ALP as they are in government. Are you saying they don't know how to bill and collect revenue? Are you saying they put in process a system that doesn't tell them how much coal is produced? If they can't do something like this, it is no wonder the state is in so much trouble. According to the ABC there are 258,012 full time equivalent public servants working for the Qld government and they can't design a system to collect the correct revenue. There were 201,410 in March 2015. Pre-Newman it was 212,132. And they can't even design a system to bill correctly and collect.

    Thank you for highlighting their incompetence, despite the massive growth and cost to taxpayers..
