    maybe they are wrong !

    all im saying is, i would rather wait for cheaper entry

    we may not see a sub 40 cent price again, i dont know

    but i feel there is downside risk still in the markets, and VBA is at the markets mercy like every other stock

    i will reassess, maybe get in at 30 cents a small portion
