I remember the Hunt brothers with their silver play back in the late 1970's. Silver increased by over 25 times over a couple of years. Grandma was taking her silver teaset down to the broker to cash in. However, Grandma does not have any U3O8 in the china cabinet.
The Hunts went broke but I suspect that Sprott will be smarter than that.
2008 and 2011 show that the U3O8 price can shoot up a lot higher yet. Sooner or later the party stops, all the same.
I suspect the fact that all the uranium companies need a lot of capital to get into production has something to do with today's pullback with the Evergreen debt debacle scaring the markets.
