Agree, the news seems positive for African jurisdictions and also potential positive for the supply/demand thesis because it might put a cloud over some of the Canadian deposits to come online, especially NexGen that is a very large deposit. A cloud may also mean long delays.
It will make the utilities a bit nervous.
