Tech leaders are extremely hard to find.
They need a team of executives and thought leaders. They need to adapt and evolve as a team. Deconcentration from Big tech has been brutal but I don't believe thats on AA that was occuring way before then. He bought us Gen A.I three months after ChatGPT was released. That was fast and the type of early adoption I want to see and will be required.
The board needs to play an important role here. It's an experienced High Grade outfit a challenging 12 month period coming but they should have enough about themselves to steer the ship towards the right direction.
