It's Blackstone get it right they are different companies. Austrac took action after they purchased the company. They obviously have no connections within Austrac to and I believe they underestimated the aggressive nature of the Australian government to fine businesses with new owners even though they had nothing to do with the money laundering breaches committed by previous management. If it didn't happen to them before it would be hard to anticipate. Needless to say they know now and won't make the same mistake twice.
