It really depends on the SP when the offer is made.
If its made tomorrow when we are at 14c, an offer of 50c is roughly an increase of 350% (if my dodgy maths is right). You would be cray not to take it imo.
If the price was in the 40s...well that's a very different story and i suspect must holders here on HC wouldn't be jumping for joy.
