You're exactly right. There is a fundamental difference.
When I recommend BGS to people to suss out, they come back to me and say 'oh yeah, looks good, 15-18Mt @1.8%-2.2%.'
Everyone, who isn't a geologist, relatively well learned in interpreting assays or doesn't read hotcopper believes BGS is 'only' carrying the above figure. Even the big boys are hestitant till they see an updated JORC.
Mark my words once are well-founded beliefs regarding the actual resource size are officially summated on paper in the form of an easy to interpret JORC figure, people, including the big boys will come running. The SP will rocket.
