GWR is a great asset. I do not see why GWR would want to take out FAS and its problems. GWR has 25M + in cash whilst FAS is net defecient almost $10M in the last accounts. GWR is 64% FE whilst FAS is 58%. With 130M MT vs 20M MT there is plenty of iron ore to go around. GWR stand as good an chance as FAS if not more likely to succeed in exporting out of esperence. There is no upside in merging with FAS.
