Thanks for your information and explanation which helps me to have a better understanding of this. It is true that I, as a layman, have no knowledge about the acres which SEA got. In this regard, I think investors put their trust on company's management. Based on published information from drilling and pruduction over past two years it seems to be no nasty surprise turning up and market seems to be happy with SEA's results until this oil price trouble suddenly turn ugly in last few weeks. ATM, It is indeed a difficult time for investor in oil companies.
IMO, I think part of market now starts worrying the future of US shale industry because so called "high cost" to drill and Saudi's "motivation" to kill US shale oil according to media speculation. There are a lot of reports flying around from different angles. Here is one, which may be helpful for our understanding of current situation.
