I posted a comment the other day about just how important the potential is from the new home market. This is an area where incoming government regulations regarding home efficiency will play into the hands of CFU. It is much easier to integrate new technologies like SOFC into a new home and make them work really well than it is to retrofit them into existing dwellings.
With 100,000 to 200,000 new homes being built each year in the UK to get just 10% of that market would ensure CFU's ongoing viability and turn it into a profitable company.
CFU need to work with companies like Crest Nicholson to supply units to them which would help them meet efficiency regulations.
People will pay for the unit when it is built into the cost of a new home.
Cheers
