I think those are all solid points that I can't disagree with. My only hope is that PCLs relationships with the Namibian govt is strong enough.
Personally I didn't put a dollar into PCL that I wasn't prepared to go to zero and I hope anyone who jumped on board during the recent pump realise how risky this stock is.
