first off, cant fight the trend. the sp wants to go up... analysis can be done in a few days time :)
second, this treatment is for late stage cancers (like PRRs)... so the methodology and sample size are not the usual. any kind of benefit is considered huge in these studies unlike some other drug thats for early stages of any disease with the aim of providing a cure. VLA is in a different business and the late stage and almost hopelessness of the patients makes this different. the treatment does not and CANNOT cure all the patients due to the advanced stage of the cancer. as with PRR, even a 20% success rate means its a success and will get FDA approval.
