Lets call it working capital raised from SPPs or cap raisings... salary has gone from $340k in 2010 to circa $642k currently, not bad year on year increases to say the least.
Not sure if you would call it progress but they have sold the Processing Plant / Mill and some mining leases along with mining machinery.
They are 5 years closer of course, but in my opinion they are no closer.
