Would you expect the people who were robbing you to lend you the money to get out of that arrangement ? If I recall even our own treasury Debt was blocking the Government from razing the funds.
What is wrong with borrowing the money from countries who have a better ideology/model around this? To this day some of those countries do not charge their citizens income tax... they instead use the profits from their natural resources. Like a smart country would.
