Hmmm. Not sure how I take this. Does not look good when a very pivotal piece of the puzzle leaves and a major holder. Though this looks fairly amicable. See how we go I guess. Not expecting much as the transition to owner miner occurs. Not sure how they would work this out.??
Would they just employ the contract miners previously employed or new employees.
Lots of issues to think about, procedure/protocols, training and the like to execute.
A new director coming on board to assist in the transition maybe helpful.
