With Redcape trading at or a little below NTA I expect we may see some price appreciation. Especially so as they follow their divestment and growth plans.
I note several articles in the AFR lately indicating the Pubs, especially those with gaming attached, are quite sort after assets at the moment.
If we can keep rental yields reasonable and not go into too much debt then hopefully this becomes a really good investment.
