I found him a bit arrogant and solo: somebody I would have avoided interacting with, let alone trusting the LATAM business with. But maybe he is young and not experienced enough with public speaking.
Does not change my perspective of the business though. This is easily worth triple its current market cap given the positive cash flow and diversification across markets (contained operational/currency/political risk).
