TAN for me is purely a water play. The menidee lakes boardacre agriculture can be seen as a hedge against the breaking of the drought... much easier to buy TAN than try and buy high security water outright-> an administrative nightmare. having held HS water since 2002, the real value has only kicked in since about 3 years ago. The question now is : will the drought break? or will the gov't buy up of water push prices even higher? at the moment I'm leaning towards the later.
