Right you are. It is hard to view it as anything else.
I have a detailed spreadsheet that outlines the possibilities of water value based on Perm Sales, and Temp Sales, year after year, and actual allocation.
I also bought physical water right 11 years ago, and am WAY in the money.
Do you know to attach an xls spreadsheet to a post?
