I currently hold MIA HS, @$3k perm, temp trade is yielding approx 10+% ($300-350/mgl). Sure there is a vol aspect potentially deflating the perm price, but really $300/mgl seems to be more the base than the average. I got $900/mgl temp one year. I reckon that HS is really worth some where between $4-5k/mgl which will improve TAN`s financials no end.
