We seem to have created a new 52 week high more days than not (excluding the covid 19 dip) since late April 19.
A new 52 week high in this case is more likely to continue happening more days than not given the fundamentals of VMT and the market sentiment for its products.
I think the article only makes sense if there has been a one off change in fundamentals that caused a surge in price.
The VMT growth driver is still powering ahead and doesn't look like stoping.
