Hi all

Just to give my perspective as an interested observer and potential buyer. I currently have capital tied up elsewhere which I don't wish to have to move at this point, so I'm just watching - it also removes the emotion of any decision for me which is always helpful.

It would obviously be nice to buy at current SP levels if the nature and size of the financing deal was a given (i.e. how much is USG, verses private lenders, verses equity raise), but this simply isn't known. I'd say on balance of things, the probability of the funding being approved is fairly high, however the unknowns of the actual structure mean the short-term impact on SP can't be known.

The alternative is to wait until the deal is fully known, and then buy... likely at higher prices - but into a de-risked investment.

Not saying this is 100% correct approach, but it's my thinking at the moment; perhaps others waiting to enter have a similar approach?
