can't argue with your approach but I am sure that $100mn of funding will be announced very soon. Of course it's not over the line until it's announced but I hear that the deal has been quite well received. I then think that over the next six months the company will look to try and refund a portion of this with cheaper USG debt as it will come much cheaper than the financing they are currently engaged in (which will probably be low double digit %) if you look at senior secured high yield rates.
