A microcap like Scidev is priced for revenue growth. Market index says PE is 27, while FinChat says 32 (Trailing Twelve Months). Flat, let alone declining revenue, will see the share price punished.
That said, this is capped under $60mil, its v small. These tiny companies can get tossed around by the market.
I'm not optimistic we'll see a reversal in SDVs share price any time soon. But the business seems solid enough.
