This is still our valued and so called Sophisticated Investors dumping. Nothing too Sophisticated about them, doesnt take much sophistication to buy at 30% discount and then dump.

How did they get to be named Sophisticated Investor anyway. What they are doing is not investing and its certainly not sophisticated.

To qualify for your sophisticated investor status you have to get a certificate from a qualified accountant certifying that you had a gross income of $250,000 or more in each of the previous two years or have net assets of at least $2.5 million
