@Smoking ,I am bemused by the fact that while you hold such a a parcel day in day out you seem to be bagging management ....I would suggest that is counter-productive if you want to see the SP go up .
I notice from the Hartleys morning briefing their analysts are currently at Namdini and Ndongo on a site visit.
