I did not read anything about the drilling resuming. The first bullet point from yesterdays announcement says quite clearly "preparing".

"Golden State Resources is currently preparing to drill-ahead into the primary target zones in the Upper Ismay and Desert Creek Formations"

Had the report said drilling has resumed, then you can almost guarantee that yesterdays trading volumes would have been much higher and so would the share price.

So until it reports otherwise, I would expect that this first statement still stands 'Preparing'.

This does not in anyway detract from the current move in share price, in fact on the contrary. I believe we should at least achieve last Friday's closing price prior to moving on into the first Gas zones - this was after all what the market was anticipating last weekend.
