Issue yourself shares when this is up and running and profitable. Not before.
Looking very much like this project won't get the funding its looking for. It also wont meet the production timeframe requirements for getting funding.
I would love a statement from the company telling me how wrong I am or that they have signed a terms sheet with a lender.
Same story re funding for the last 3 updates. Its coming. So is Christmas.
I've recently sold due to lack of progress on funding.
