I'm a newby to the gold and precious metals industry,just under 2 years of learning and research. I'm heavily invested in realestate , but in the process of offloading some to buy more metals and mining shares.I aim to have 30% of my assets in this sector by the end of the year.
Nearly every gold and mining guru I have heard and learnt from has explaind that explorers with metal in the ground and juniors with skintflinn just get by operations will appreciate enormously in the last 10 to 20 % of the boom ,needless to say I hold several explorers and juniors in my portfolio and som quality MID tere miners.
Also will say I'm getting cained for holding a large stake in moy and exposed to another large stake in DCN two stocks recommend by so called financial journalist.Most of my own picks are doing fair to well.
I guess you only live once ,take a chance on only what you can afford to lose.
