To be honest I thought the recent guidance was a bit unimpressive. I would have thought that while their older loans written on low rates roll off and are replaced by new loans written at higher rates would have started to reflect in an improved NIM but they suggested this is not the case because of getting better quality customers so not making the margin they use to. The market obviously likes the updated guidance.
