Solvar has not said that it did no wrong, it said that it would not comment because the matter is before the courts. It has changed its credit policy to concentrate on higher quality and better established borrowers, so it may defend itself on the basis that it did things in the past but has learned the error of its ways and changed. IMO it would be impossible for it to say that it did no wrong, the evidence is compelling.
