Not sure any company would admit they did wrong in the circumstances.
The number of loans in this case is just ridiculous considering how many they wrote over the period.
ASIC were never going to be reasonable & settle out of court once it got to this stage.
It's 100% for show to deter others, rather than actually spending the time auditing & investigating companies.
