Fair enough too, they do couch their language. I know of a company which was sued by a customer over non performance of a contract and was liable for several million dollars. It struck a deal to pay damages over 12 months and in its announcement told shareholders that it was insured. Never said it would make a claim, nor would it have been able to lol.
