I think it will be a slap on the wrist, perhaps a large one - ASIC is under extreme pressure, given all the corporate crookery that goes unpunished within the ASX, and its budgets are in disarray, but there is no doubt that they are now complying and life will go on. It will be nothing more than a storm in a teacup IMO
