    Very entertaining....I'll just suggest a few points, which may be relevant. It's not put as expert stuff.

    1.My understanding is that SVR could have avoided the costly proceedings by conceding on all matters.
    2.The onus in court is for ASIC to make its case, according to rules of evidence....etc....Very different to a HotCopper discussion and pre-stuff.
    3. My understanding is that Svr gets much of its business from passive, competitive spaces (brokers). That is not fringe stuff, like locking someone into something, who walks in one's office.
    4. These are legal matters and law is complex. For example, Svr may be vicariously liable for the conduct of its employees, but there are circumstances where this liability may not extend.

    It sure will be interesting.
