The Form 604's show 72%, but the JMS letter says 86%
Are there other "consortium" members not disclosed? If this is a takeover by stealth, where is the premium?
I hope there are other sizeable "non consortium" shareholders who will make sure that all Corps Act takeover provisions are complied with.
Me? Small fry who got sucked in by Charlie Aitkin spruking this a couple of years ago. I guess there were important people wanting to get out at 60c.
