i think 1% to 3% close to 90% threshold.1% ~ 18 mil shares.
So if 3% ~ 54 mil shares more.Sellers not much......
If Pallinghurst want to buy 18mil or 54 mil on the market
maybe push price up to 60-80c.No one know...........
